Our co-founder and CTO (Chief Technical Officer) Mr.Sridhar V Yadav, has a total of 21 years of professional experience as a Marine Engineer, with 12 years serving as Chief Engineer and Environmental Compliance Officer. He holds a prestigious master’s degree in Leadership and Sustainability from a prominent university in the United Kingdom. Additionally, he has a diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering and a PGDCA in Computer Applications.
Professional Experience
Having acquired expertise in handling various types of vessels such as Oil Tankers, Chemical Tankers, Containers, Bulk carriers, and General Cargo ships, Mr.Sridhar V has effectively completed several environmental compliance projects over the last few years.
Mr.Sridhar V Yadav has received several esteemed accolades, including:
- The S.E.A – Seafarer Excellence Award in 2020.
- The Award for Exemplary Performance and Engineering Innovation in 2023.
- Evaluating fuel optimization softwares.
- Devising and executing the installation of Scrubber units as part of the decarbonization process.

Achievements
Mr.Sridhar V Yadav, has taken over many ships for principals from various companies and upgraded them to meet ISM standards. As Chief Engineer at Dry Docks, he has effectively planned, coordinated, and overseen ship repairs and various modifications of several ships. He has also conducted pre-purchase and post-purchase inspections of ships on behalf of ship owners.

He has authored numerous articles focusing on enhancing safety measures, elevating working standards for seafarers, enhancing energy efficiency and environmental compliance. Additionally, he has written a book on maritime sustainability, focusing on implementing optimal strategies at sea to ensure environmental compliance to enhance maritime sustainability.
